You can either create a new project or choose from an existing project. To create a new project go to the Projects & Items
available on the Left Pane.
Next, click on the New Project
icon located in the top right corner of the page.
Enter the Project Name
and select a domain.

and click on Start Writing Directly

then Create Content
and Start with a Blank Doc
